Mural Arts Program Seeks Bella Vista Wall
The Mural Arts Program is looking for a property in Bella Vista for a mural, pictured here (Wellness © 2015 James Burns, the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program and the Mural Arts Advocates. All rights reserved).
They want something as close to the original dimensions as possible - 40′ wide x 55′ tall.
Please note they are looking to find a new site as soon as possible, but would love to hear of any interest from Bella Vista!!
The design for this Wellness Mural is based on the Enso circle, a form of active meditation that involves clarity of mind and movement of the hand. The Wellness mural is formed from a variety of natural elements, imagery created by participants in the Wellness workshops at Broad Street Ministry and at workshops held around the city. Overall, the Wellness mural and its circular design represent the communal and cyclical process of seeking wholeness and wellness in our own lives and within our communities.
