Santore Library (7th and Carpenter) has free ACA (Affordable Care Act) counseling for those who need health insurance.  The counselors are there on Fridays ( Jan. 23, Jan 30, Feb 6 and Feb 13 ),  10:00 am – 4:45 pm until February 15 ^th , which is the end of the enrollment period.
